About

Did you know you have a choice in your dental hygiene care? In California, Registered Dental Hygienists in Alternative Practice (RDHAP) can independently own and operate practices, especially in underserved areas like Lake County. RDHAPs undergo specialized training beyond traditional dental hygiene, including rigorous state board exams, enabling them to provide comprehensive care outside typical dental offices.

If an RDHAP identifies any concerns requiring additional treatment, they refer patients to dentists or specialists promptly. This approach offers convenient access to essential oral healthcare, with services often covered by major insurance plans. Embrace the freedom to prioritize your dental health with RDHAPs, dedicated to ensuring your smile’s vitality and well-being.

About Adriana

Having spent more than half my life in Lake County, I found my passion for serving the community through dentistry. Over 25 years, I’ve built strong bonds with patients and dental professionals across Lake, Mendocino, and Sonoma counties.

My journey began in 1996 as a sterilization tech, where my drive for knowledge led me to earn licenses as a Registered Dental Assistant in 2001 and as an RDA in Expanded Functions in 2008. Despite raising a son, and pursuing education, I graduated with Highest Honors from Santa Rosa Junior College, a top California Dental Hygiene School. In 2017, I achieved a specialty in Oral Health for complex patients from The University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry.

I established my practice with a focus on serving special needs individuals, driven by a desire to give back to my bilingual community, particularly our vibrant Hispanic population. My mission is to offer personalized care to those who may struggle with routine dental visits, dental anxiety, or simply need a cleaning. I prioritize staying current in my field to deliver the highest quality dental hygiene care.

Family is central to my life—I married a local from Kelseyville, and together we raised our sports-loving son in Lake County. During my downtime, you’ll find me curled up with a good book, often with my 97-pound Rottweiler, Porscha, on my lap.
